Step 1
Call the Aurora Clinic for a free pre-qualifying interview.
We find that most of our clients have several questions, feel free to ask. We're eager to help you on your journey to better health.
Step 2
Obtain those medical records that pertain to your qualifying medical condition. We don't need your entire medical history, just a couple of documents will usually suffice. If you prefer, we can request these documents on your behalf.
Step 3
Come to the Aurora Clinic for a brief physical exam. When you leave our clinic, you will have all the necessary paperwork needed to obtain an Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) card the same day. We can also give you the papers needed to begin using medical marijuana in Washington immediately.
